Who we are

This website is run by Agents2Change Limited, trading as Find Your Joyful Life and Agents2Change. We are the controller of the personal information described here.

You can contact us about anything in this notice at info@findyourjoyfullife.com, or by post at The Old Barn, Avoncroft Farm, Offenham, Evesham.

What we collect

• When you get in touch: your name, email address, phone number if you give it, and your message, from our contact form or when you email or call us.
• When you sign up for a guide or our emails: your first name and email address.
• When you book a call or a session: the details you give the booking service, such as your name, email address and the time you choose.
• When you work with us: the information we need to provide coaching, Quantum Healing Hypnosis sessions or organisational programmes, including notes from our sessions. If you choose to tell us about your health or wellbeing, we treat it as sensitive and keep it confidential.
• When you use this website: if you agree to analytics cookies, information about how the site is used, such as the pages visited. See Cookies below.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange a conversation, because you have asked us to.
• To provide the coaching, sessions or programmes you have booked, as part of our agreement with you.
• To send you the guide and emails you signed up for, with your consent. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can withdraw your consent at any time.
• To understand how the website is used and improve it, only if you agree to analytics cookies.
• To keep the business records we are required to keep by law, such as for tax.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

Who else handles it

We use a small number of trusted services to run the website and our business. They only use your information to provide their service to us:

• The Web Guys, who build and host this website and its systems on secure servers.
• Postmark, which delivers the emails the website sends, such as replies to enquiries.
• Google Workspace, for our business email.
• Booking and email-course services linked from this site, such as our online booking calendar and download pages, when you choose to use them.
• Google Analytics, only if you agree to analytics cookies.

Some of these providers may process information outside the UK. Where they do, they use legal safeguards approved under UK data protection law.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries that don't lead to working together: up to two years after we were last in touch.
• Email sign-ups: until you unsubscribe.
• Client records: for six years after our work together ends, for legal, tax and insurance reasons.

Cookies

We use a small number of essential cookies to make the website work and to remember your cookie choice. Analytics cookies are only set if you choose Accept in the cookie banner. If you choose Decline, no analytics cookies are used. You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's cookies in your browser.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to ask for it to be transferred to you or another organisation. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
